1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact.
- Item was purchased directly from MI Traders (mitradersllc.com).
- Item is not listed under Non-Returnable Items below.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or beauty products.
- Items marked as Final Sale or sold at clearance price.
- Gift cards and digital vouchers.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
3. How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple. Follow these 3 steps:
- Contact Us — Email muhammadidrees@mitradersllc.com or visit our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a Return Authorization — We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item — Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Please include your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your return is approved.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Bank processing times may add 2–5 additional business days depending on your card issuer.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item or shade, please:
- Return the original item following the process above.
- Place a new order for the item you want.
This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? We sincerely apologize. Please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at muhammadidrees@mitradersllc.com.
- Include your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item.
- We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account and credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or card issuer — processing times vary.
